Simon Hailwood Essay Prize 2022 – Environmental Values

In recognition of this, we thus announce the Simon Hailwood Essay prize, to be awarded to an early career or returning scholar (with a maximum of 3 working years post Ph.D.). The winning essay will be published OPEN ACCESS (normal cost £1500) in Environmental Values. The choice of subject is open, but should fit within the following parameters: the topic should originate in environmental philosophy, with a non-anthropocentric orientation, and connect philosophical enquiry with one or more other disciplines covered by EV and with real-world environmental issues.
