The reliance of current economic systems on economic growth is increasingly being questioned in the context of the climate emergency and rising social inequalities and conflicts. In this project, we conduct in-depth case studies of alternative economic initiatives such as wellbeing and doughnut economics projects, with a focus on drivers and barriers of their implementation and performance to date.
