Climate Governance (ICCG) and the University of Padua with the collaboration of the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice are pleased to announce their Summer School on “International and Eu

ropean Law & Policy on Investments and Environment. The Energy Challenge” (IELPIE).

The Summer School will take place from the 19th to the 23rd of September in the Island of San Servolo, in Venice, and on the 24th of September in the Faculty of Law of the University of Padua, located in the magnificent Palazzo del Bò.

IELPIE aims at offering an in-depth view on the multifaceted legal and economic aspects related to international investments and their environmental impact.
This 2nd edition is focused on green energy and is addressed to holders of three-year University degrees in Law, Economics and Political Science and all other subjects related to the School, as well as researchers, civil servants, internationally operating law firms and entreprises.
The program comprises ten lectures held by world-wide renowned specialists, eight workshops on selected themes and a final round table. The provisional program is available on the Summer School web-site at www.giuri.unipd.it/~ielpie/FOV2-00020249/.

The Summer School will admit 30 participants.
